Job summary

GAF is offering an Engineering Rotational Associate program designed for recent graduates. The two-year experience rotates across plant operations, engineering disciplines, and product/process knowledge, pairing you with a mentor and leader to accelerate professional growth.

Rotations run one year each, with exposure to problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional projects that drive value for the organization. Domestic plant locations and structured training are provided.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering.
• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through experiential learning opportunities anchored to a manufacturing plant location.
• Support operations and engineering teams across the plant as you complete two one-year rotations.
• Lead/participate in process design reviews, trials, and capital project evaluations.
