Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage pipeline to fill orders.
• Coordinate logistics for recruiting events and outreach.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess fit and readiness.
• Coach candidates on resume and interview prep.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
