Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire job orders for a range of clients. You will build a robust candidate pipeline and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates while supporting business development and client relationships.

Key duties include managing ATS data, coordinating recruiting events, and coaching candidates on resume and interview preparation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or related industry.
• ATS experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of major job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles for a variety of clients.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and provide exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS; coordinate with branch and sales teams.
• Develop local recruiting resources and participate in recruiting events.
• Assist with coaching candidates on resume and interview preparation.
