Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Manage candidate pipeline and ATS data to track progress.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate events.
• Establish recruitment plans based on staffing needs and timelines.
• Provide coaching and interview prep to candidates and clients.
• Monitor, report, and support retention efforts for placements.
