Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct-hire job orders across a wide range of clients. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, and contribute to new business development while sustaining current relationships.

You will manage the recruiting lifecycle using ATS, conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resumes

Qualifications

• One plus years of recruiting experience preferred in staffing
• ATS experience required
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage the recruiting process for varied client orders
• Screen and interview candidates; build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Use ATS to track candidate status and maintain accurate records
• Coach candidates on resume and interview preparation
• Support sales efforts and client relationship management
