Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Engineering Project Assistant to support software and systems engineers with administrative, documentation, process, and general engineering support activities.

You will help with document formatting, reviews, and tracking changes, and coordinate project communications. This onsite role requires attention to detail and ability to work with multiple engineers and managers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools expertise and support to Engineering: MS Office Apps, requirements capture databases, change management and tracking tools.
• Assist with release and revision phases of the engineering development cycle.
• Act as primary focal point for program support across engineering and other departments.
• Prepare presentations and reports for analysis.
