Job summary

You will prepare presentations, manage change processes, and coordinate with multiple engineering teams onsite.

The role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while providing broad administrative and engineering support across project teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating and presenting documentation and reports
• Experience assisting engineering teams or other supportive roles
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage project-related tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide tools expertise and support to Engineering: MS Office, requirements databases, change management tools
• Serve as primary engineering support focal point for inquiries and problem resolution
• Support release and revision phases of the engineering development cycle
• Perform non-technical project duties
• Coordinate interactions between project teams and support functions
• Assist in tracking action items in change management and project status meetings
• Prepare presentations and reports for analysis
