You will analyze processes, troubleshoot production problems, and drive root-cause corrective actions while coordinating with design and manufacturing teams.

Candidates typically hold a University Degree with 5+ years of experience (or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years). U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on the manufacturing team.
• Troubleshoot production problems with processes, tooling, or equipment.
• Recommend acquisition of new equipment and materials.
• Drive Root Cause Corrective Actions and implement process improvements.
• Support Quality Control plans and safety compliance actions.
• Suggest operation sequences and procedures for fabrication and assembly.
• Participate in developing manufacturing processes for new products.
