Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead transmission line projects, delivering safe, reliable high-voltage infrastructure. You will supervise engineering teams, oversee analyses, and drive design and planning efforts across new construction, upgrades, and maintenance to optimize system performance and investment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of various codes and standards.
• Ability to make sound business and financial judgments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision and oversee quality of team deliverables.
• Ensure compliance by being abreast of codes and standards.
• Plan/coordinate pole loading.
• Define plan of control.
• Direct/supervise junior engineers.
• Provide detailed engineering, design and planning assessments and recommendations.
• Evaluate system operations, and provide project scope development for overhead and underground utility systems.
• Plan, develop and coordinate engineering studies on projects with complex engineering solutions to address system risk, reliability and capacity limits.
• Additional duties as needed and/or assigned.
