We seek a SAP Operations Lead capable of enhancing SAP support operations through advanced tools for trend analysis, process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.

Description

As SAP Operations Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of SAP support operations, including:

1. Driving adoption of new technologies such as AIML, GenAI, and Signavio to identify operational trends and opportunities.
2. Identifying and resolving inefficiencies in resource management and business data.
3. Implementing automation to minimize errors and streamline processes.
4. Designing solutions with long-term operational support in mind.

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience
• Experience with S/4 HANA
• Deep understanding of SAP business landscape
• Proven ability to collaborate with vendor teams both onsite and offshore
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive SAP experience with successful initiative ownership and implementation
• Expertise in analyzing large datasets and anomaly detection
• Knowledge of complex SAP landscapes and key business processes
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Experience with S/4 HANA and emerging technologies like AIML, GenAI, BTP

Pay & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $165,500 to $293,800, depending on skills, experience, and location. Additional benefits include stock programs, medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, educational support, bonuses, and relocation assistance. Learn more.
