TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives across multiple facilities, improving reliability and efficiency. You will oversee site master plans, budgets, and on-time delivery within scope.

The role requires 3–5 years of capital project management in food manufacturing, with strong stakeholder influence and leadership abilities. Remote-friendly with preferred hubs near major airports in US.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of capital project management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent capital projects totaling ~US$6M per year.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
• Knowledge of sanitary equipment design and technology used in food processing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital and technical initiatives to improve plant reliability, capacity, safety, and efficiency across facilities.
• Develop and execute 2–3-year capital master plans aligned with priorities.
• Develop project scopes, screening estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Manage capital project execution from design through closeout.
• Interface with OEMs, contractors, government agencies, and co-manufacturers.
