Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) seeks an Engineering Project Manager (Mid-Level) to support the 647 Civil Engineering Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The role links long-range planning with active project execution and requires clear scoping for SRM and MILCON initiatives.

You will develop project scopes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and prepare essential documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Project Management or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering project management experience, including at least 3 years in military facility/infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing DD Form 1391 packages and performing alternatives analyses.

Responsibilities

• Translate IDP projects into clear scopes and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and scoping charrettes to validate deficiencies and needs.
• Develop and route DD Form 1391 packages for SRM and MILCON projects.
• Coordinate with cost estimators for lifecycle cost and benefits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure complete project requirements.
