Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to support the 647 Civil Engineering Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. You will coordinate contractor activities, manage schedules, and ensure deliverables align with program goals.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, maintaining QA/QC, integrating AMP/SMS data, and supporting budget execution and infrastructure prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent from a US-accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of project experience, including at least 3 years of military facility/infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor personnel and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee QA/QC and monthly status reporting.
• Integrate AMP/Sub-AMP outputs into a base-wide infrastructure investment strategy.
• Support prioritization of infrastructure requirements and WRRB preparation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance activities using Sustainment Management System data.
• Coordinate with leadership on budget execution and DD Form 1391 development.
