Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (Mid-Level) to support the 647 CES at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The role bridges long-range planning and project execution for SRM and MILCON, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders and preparing project documentation.

You will develop scopes, conduct site visits, prepare DD Form 1391 packages, and collaborate with cost estimators to evaluate lifecycle benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects, infrastructure requirements and execution.
• Ability to develop project scopes, coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, and prepare technical docs.
• Experience with DD Form 1391 development, alternatives analysis, site investigations, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate IDP projects into defined scopes and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and scoping charrettes to validate deficiencies and needs.
• Draft and route DD Form 1391 packages for SRM and MILCON; track in NexGen IT/TRIRIGA.
• Coordinate with cost estimators for lifecycle cost and benefits analyses.
• Coordinate with Community Planning, Environmental, Fire/Safety and end users to ensure complete requirements.
