Job summary

Hargrove seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver engineering projects with cross-functional teams. You will define scope, develop schedules, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring up to 10 years of experience in engineering project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Define Scope, Objectives, and Deliverables -- Establish full project scope, technical objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and Manage the Project Plan & Schedule -- Create detailed execution plans from FEED to commissioning.
• Control Budget and Financial Performance -- Estimate costs and manage capital spend within limits.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams -- Coordinate engineers, operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Compliance -- Drive adherence to HSE and standards.
• Manage Risk Proactively -- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee Procurement and Contractor Management -- Develop bid packages and manage contractor performance.
• Monitor Progress and Control Project Execution -- Track KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with Stakeholders and Leadership -- Provide clear reporting and alignment.
• Manage Change, Quality, and Project Closeout -- Control scope changes and lead closeout activities.
