Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from initiation through closeout. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating a cross-functional team and client communications.

The role requires up to 10 years of engineering/PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with project controls and MS Office. PE or PMP is highly preferred, with Texas location considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver commitments.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects.
• Lead a productive team within Hargrove and with the client.
• Coordinate resource requirements across ongoing projects.
• Review engineering documents, vendor submittals, and construction submittals for compliance.
• Ensure project documentation is reviewed and approved with client stakeholders.
• Maintain timely reporting including weekly and monthly reports.
