Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an experienced engineering leader to direct and coordinate large-scale projects, plan programs, and organize staff across engineering disciplines. You will assign personnel to project phases, track scheduling, and resolve design and test challenges while maintaining rigorous technical standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent and an ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Familiarization with MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent technical discipline +5 years leading a technical team, or ~10 years experience leading a technical team.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
• Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements.
• Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
