You will review designs for compliance, approve changes, and coordinate scheduling and problem resolution with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, budgeting, and lean manufacturing knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience or 3 years with a related Masters degree.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and communication at multiple levels.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and flow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
• Plan and formulate engineering program; review design for compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Evaluate/approve design changes, releases, and drawings; resolve engineering design and test problems.
