You will plan programs, review designs against standards and contracts, and approve changes and releases while guiding technical developments, scheduling, and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years with related Masters.
• Leadership and communication skills required to influence and lead teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities for project control and scheduling.
• Proven budgeting skills and ability to manage conflicts in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
• Plan and formulate engineering programs; review designs for compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Evaluate and approve design changes and releases; resolve design and test issues.
