Job description

We are hiring an Engineering Project Manager with experience supporting Generative AI programs/projects. This is a long-term contract engagement supporting a client based in Northern CA.

Required Skills:

1. 2+ years of experience in project management with knowledge in the GenAI/AI space
2. Expert communication and stakeholder management skills
3. Knowledge of GenAI principles and practices to understand requirements and build a functioning roadmap
4. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Role Description:

• Help manage the program by streamlining processes, creating frameworks that scale across different teams, and supporting safe and continuous/agile development and release
• Partner closely with engineering managers, product managers, and engineers to gather requirements, scope effort, manage resource allocation, and prioritize frameworks and schedules
• Facilitate cross-functional communication within and outside the organization, ensuring requirements are well understood, and priorities and delivery expectations are managed
• Create and run processes that maximize agility and adaptation while maintaining high product quality
• Coordinate internal and external dependencies and ensure timelines are current

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may include:
