The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team supporting NavalX within the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The organization manages a multidisciplinary portfolio of projects across Engineering and Research & Development (R&D) fields. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned project manager with a desire to deliver high-quality oversight and manage the portfolio effectively. This role offers an opportunity to influence operations, workflows, and performance management models within a growing management team.
Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects, working closely with the Program Manager to develop operational concepts, management structures, workflows, and execution models. The portfolio includes projects utilizing native, matrixed, and subcontractor resources, including SMEs and technical personnel, tasked with designing, developing, and managing large-scale DoD projects. Responsibilities include resource management, financial oversight, reporting, and personnel management. The candidate should bring effective methodologies for managing multiple projects and improving organizational effectiveness.

Pay Range: The salary range varies based on location, experience, skills, and other factors. The proposed range is $86,800 - $191,000. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, education, and time off. More details here.
