Job Details

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Fully Remote (preferably on the West Coast)

Pay: Up to $200k depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Industry experience in Transportation Management (Dept. of Transportation or related companies)
• PMP certification
• Proposal writing experience

Our US team is looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong client relationship building and project management skills. The ideal person will become a part of the prime mover in Intelligent Traffic Solutions, as we create sustainable smart cities where people, goods, and data travel safely and efficiently.

Important Work Tasks

• Manage project teams and/or multiple project teams
• Plan, monitor, and report to meet project objectives
• Oversee project performance, including financials, schedule, and quality
• Define and maintain scope of work in accordance with contract requirements
• Conduct change order management
• Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules
• Create and manage project budgets and risk management plans
• Ensure documentation and quality standards are met before customer delivery
• Organize and facilitate Scrum activities and stakeholder communication
• Lead requirements gathering, design meetings, and manage scope and deployments
• Coordinate with engineering and other teams to resolve issues
• Manage client relationships and participate in business development activities
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and project documentation
• Report project status and communicate with stakeholders
