Job summary

Hargrove seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects from initiation to closeout. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure client requirements are met with high quality.

Responsibilities include monitoring costs, forecasting, and coordinating with Engineering Resource Leaders. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• PMP certification is favorable.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of moderately complex engineering projects to deliver on time, budget, and quality.
• Control scope, schedule, and budget using project tools; coordinate with client teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor team members.
• Maintain timely reporting and documentation; process Change Notices as needed.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client specifications and standards.
