Job summary

Hargrove seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with engineering leaders and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in engineering, PMP preferred, with up to 10 years in engineering/project management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to navigate change with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Up to 10 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Knowledge of project controls and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotional projects, minimize cost and meet objectives.
• Oversee contracts on multiple projects; ensure invoices and changes are processed.
• Track budget, schedule, and quality; use project-control tools.
• Lead major technical, cost, scheduling, and performance decisions.
• Define project scope with client; align schedule and budget with stakeholders.
• Promote change management; coordinate resources and team productivity.
• Review vendor submittals and construction docs for compliance.
• Provide startup support and timely responses to RFIs.
• Close out projects and maintain positive client relations.
