Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects and CI initiatives across plant operations.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma DMAIC to drive process improvements and waste elimination.
• Develop and execute project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Identify and justify opportunities with metrics and business cases.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support for process development and equipment implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability and cost effectiveness.
• Coach teams on lean principles and continuous improvement.
