Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care seeks a Lead Project Engineer to support complex system integration on airborne platforms. You will plan and drive program activities, supervise cross-functional engineering teams, and lead reviews and milestone assessments to ensure safety, performance, and reliability.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience (or equivalent), and an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience (or 7+ with graduate degree), or 13+ years without a degree.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience in program planning, engineering processes, bid development, and disciplines such as Aero, Software, Systems, or Project Engineering. Ability to travel as needed.
