Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance is seeking a Project Manager to lead design/build projects for power distribution equipment—switchboards, docking stations, panelboards, and medium voltage switchgear—from kickoff to shipment. You will drive milestone-based plans across Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Fabrication, Assembly, Quality and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management in manufacturing, construction, heavy industrial or similar environments.
Strong people orientation and ability to connect with diverse personalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proactive, urgent, and accountable with a can-do attitude.
Technically savvy with project management and ERP tools (ClickUp, JobBOSS²).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Familiarity with switchgear or electrical product manufacturing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage milestones; develop high-level schedules in ClickUp for all projects.
Coordinate with Sales, ENG, Purchasing, Fab, Assembly, Quality, and Shipping to align scope and timeline.
Lead kickoff meetings and communicate milestone updates and contingency plans.
Own status reporting and proactively manage customer expectations and change orders.
Maintain documentation in RFIs, submittals, approvals, and project records.
Monitor costs, track profits, and support cost-control and post-project analysis.
