Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of experience in EPC projects.
• Travel 30% or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution from inception through closeout, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery.
• Provide daily oversight of field operations and maintain schedule, cost, and margin performance.
• Coordinate designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure constructability and budget alignment.
• Maintain primary client interface with clear communication, transparency, and responsiveness to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project controls, schedules, and reporting; monitor KPI's and variances.
