Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support the Liquid Cooling engineering team in coordinating day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation. The role involves cross-functional communication, document control, and assisting with compliance activities such as UL documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of coordination or project support in a technical environment, strong organization and MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of coordination, project support, document control, or administrative experience in a technical environment.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and tracking multiple priorities.
• Strong organization, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering meetings, rooms, schedules and agendas.
• Track action items, risks, due dates and follow-ups.
• Maintain project folders and documentation in SharePoint/Teams.
• Support document control and release/readiness documentation.
• Coordinate purchase requests, materials, samples, and order status with purchasing.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support deliverables.
• Support UL certification documentation, scheduling, and status tracking.
• Prepare project updates and customer/supplier meeting materials.
• Coordinate travel, visits, and engineering events as needed.
• Support engineering team operations and process improvements.
