Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Entry-level to mid-level experience with 0–5 years in engineering, project coordination, or manufacturing.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with project management tools or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution for micro-channeling and laser machining projects.
• Coordinate deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports; communicate updates to stakeholders.
