Job summary

Gulftech International is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to plan, organize, and oversee engineering projects, delivering on time and within budget. You will work with sales and engineering to define scopes and budgets and report progress weekly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and strong CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred). Travel may be required; PMP is a plus, and you will influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong team coordination skills and leadership.
• Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, and installation practices.
• Proficient in engineering principles and lifecycle management.
• Solid CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Create project scopes, objectives, and budgets with sales and engineering.
• Generate schedules and track milestones.
• Coordinate engineering work and customer approvals.
• Interface with production planning to prepare equipment.
• Support manufacturing personnel and installations.
• Review specifications and orders to ensure components are ordered.
• Coordinate shipments and installation activities.
• Report status to management regularly and identify risks.
