Job summary

JLL is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) in the Redmond area. You will manage engineering programs, lifecycle tasks, and CapEx activities, collaborating with Regional Engineering Managers and Project Managers on new builds and ongoing maintenance.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and experience with large-scale platform projects, including MEP systems and preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of program management experience leading large-scale platform projects.
• BS degree in technology or engineering preferred; Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing background a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Experience with process development and project management principles across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engineering programs and ensure processes are current, revised, and shared.
• Support Regional Engineering Manager on MEP troubleshooting and repairs.
• Partner with managers on new builds ensuring standards and GREF Programs are met.
• Verify MEP standards at site locations and identify potential design impacts.
• Manage equipment PM schedules and warranty programs.
