Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, based in Phoenix, is seeking an Engineering Program Operations Coordinator on a hybrid schedule. You will support onsite execution across software and systems teams within the nFMS program, coordinating daily delivery flow and tracking key software metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field.
- 8+ years coordinating or supporting embedded software development in regulated environments.
- Proven ability to deliver engineering work packages on schedule and within scope.
- Strong end-to-end SDLC understanding and disciplined execution.
- Experience coordinating software risks, requirements changes, or integration challenges.
- Familiarity with requirements, defect, and configuration workflows in embedded/software development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate safety-critical embedded software activities aligned with program and certification expectations.
- Define and maintain software scope, requirements, deliverables, and interfaces with systems, V&V, safety, and program teams.
- Develop and maintain engineering schedules, resource forecasts, and plans for integration and verification needs.
- Drive daily coordination across the software IPT for execution and day-to-day delivery flow.
- Monitor software KPIs and trends to identify risks, quality issues, or resource gaps.
- Analyze engineering data to detect patterns and provide data-driven insights and actions.
- Review software artifacts for completeness, traceability, and readiness for reviews.
- Coordinate software risks, requirement changes, and certification-related issues to ensure timely mitigation.
- Represent the software IPT in customer and internal leadership status updates with risk visibility.
- Support PE-Ops activities including daily progress tracking, weekly status, and monthly milestone readiness.
- Collaborate with PMO and CAMs to provide schedule, progress, and risk inputs for cost/scope/schedule alignment.
