Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Austin, TX is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities. You will manage program ownership, coordinate with the Regional Engineering Manager and Project Managers, and help drive MEP reliability, CapEx, and asset data.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 3–5+ years of PM experience, with strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual program ownership with excellent communication skills and ensure processes are current, revised, updated and shared.
• Support Regional Engineering Manager on existing or escalated MEP troubleshooting and repairs.
• Partner with Regional Engineering Manager and Project Managers on new builds and projects to ensure standards and GREF Programs.
• Produce and review data trends for solutioning/verification including SEV1/SEV2 incidents and hot/cold calls.
• Assist with Corrigo MEP Assets and Preventative Maintenance Programs and ensure PM schedules meet equipment needs.
