Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Real Estate Programs Manager to lead real estate initiatives that align with AWS growth.

You will manage timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams across design, legal, finance and capacity planning to deliver complex data center projects. You will use data and KPIs to drive process improvements, report progress to senior leadership, and develop training for program managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage real estate programs and initiatives in line with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee and coordinate the reporting of real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate agents, property managers, legal, finance, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless program execution.
• Establish and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to streamline program delivery
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, issues, and key performance metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with other internal and external teams, including Design Engineering, Legal, Economic Development, Public Policy, Construction and Capacity Planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs for program management to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Communicating project status across many teams and management levels
• Some travel required
