JLL in Austin, TX seeks an Engineering Program Manager to support Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF). You will oversee engineering program ownership, asset life cycle, CapEx, D&C closeout, commissioning asset gather, and MEP reliability.

You will work with the Regional Engineering Manager and Project Managers on new builds and projects, ensuring consistency to standards and GREF programs while leveraging data trends to identify system problems and drive proactive solutions.

Formación

• BS degree in technology or engineering preferred; Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing background a plus.
• 3–5+ years of program management experience on large-scale platform projects.
• Ability to lead and execute programs with disciplined PM practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage program ownership with clear communication to keep processes current and shared.
• Support Regional Engineering Manager on existing or escalating MEP troubleshooting and repairs.
• Partner with Regional Engineering Manager and Project Managers on new builds and projects.
• Own partnerships with area site teams for engineering programs like Planned Outages, ACDC, COE.
• Use data trends to identify system problems and coordinate solutioning and verification.
• Assist with Corrigo MEP assets and preventative maintenance ensuring PMs meet life expectancy needs.
• Manage warranty program and ensure device warranty dates are recorded.
• Collaborate with SFMs and FMs on Global Engineering and Sustainability requests.
• Verify MEP standards at site locations and identify design impacts.
• Identify value-add opportunities and develop narratives with Regional Engineer Manager.
