Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Houston, TX seeks an Engineering Product Line Manager who will own the success of assigned product lines, ensuring engineering disciplines are staffed, organized, and advancing new design and sustaining work. You will coordinate with core engineering, manufacturing, and third-party partners, monitor deadlines and milestones, and lead design reviews with upper management while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Four year technical bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Three or more years of project management experience.
• Three or more years of design or design software experience; turbine packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure core engineering disciplines supporting assigned product lines are staffed and functioning effectively.
• Lead design reviews with upper management and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with core engineering branches, manufacturing, and third-party firms.
• Oversee adherence to safety procedures and site policies.
• Provide training opportunities within product lines.
