Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Onshore Project Manager in Houston to lead and deliver onshore projects from start to finish. You will direct planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specs and HSEQ requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in onshore Oil & Gas or Energy, proven multi-project leadership (≥$1M each), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in an engineering discipline (process, mechanical, civil, electrical, or instrument).
• PMP or MPM certification is preferred.
• NCEES P.E. license preferred.
• 10+ years experience in the onshore Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with budgets of $1M+.
• Strong scheduling and estimating capabilities.
• Good understanding of HSEQ requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onshore project(s) from initiation to completion.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and issue project execution plans for every project.
• Manage overall schedule and budget; provide management reporting.
• Prepare status reports on schedule, budget, staffing, safety, and issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients and vendors; review drawings and specs.
• Monitor field visits and responses to contractor inquiries; review submittals.
• Lead project engineers and ensure compliance with project specs.
