Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or PE certificate.
• 7–9 years of related experience; 2–3 years in management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management and engineering analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Define plans and monitor costs, schedule and technical performance for multiple projects.
• Provide engineering leadership for utility and actuation products (reservoirs, filters, actuators, valves).
• Make decisions on technical priorities and act as primary technical liaison.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal/external customers and address needs.
• Maintain engineering practices, documentation, and protect Parker IP.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce cost/schedule.
• Oversee product development schedules and prepare Non-Recurring Estimates.
