Job summary

Parker Hannifin seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Utility and Actuation Product Engineering Team, directing design, development, and cost‑saving initiatives for hydraulic systems. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget delivery with high technical standards.

You will provide engineering leadership, manage resources, and drive product proposals, while upholding Parker’s values and policies in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science required.
• 7–9 years of related experience with 2–3 years in management/supervisory roles preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering discipline and product systems; familiarity with project management, documentation, and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Define plans, monitor costs, schedule, and technical performance across multiple projects.
• Lead and mentor the Utility and Actuation Product Engineering Team.
• Coordinate cross‑discipline efforts and liaison with customers and operations management.
• Ensure consistent engineering practices, standards, and documentation; protect Parker IP.
