Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a product development team. You will define plans, monitor costs, and manage scope and performance for major projects, coordinating with internal teams and customers.

The role requires 7–9 years in engineering with project leadership, strong knowledge of EVMS, cost accounting, and budgeting. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain engineering standards across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; PE preferred.
• 7–9 years of related experience; 2–3 years in management.
• Knowledge of program management, cost accounting, and earned value management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define plans and monitor costs, schedule and technical performance for a major product development or core engineering project.
• Make decisions on technical priorities and act as liaison to leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to address needs.
• Maintain engineering standards, documentation procedures, and reporting systems.
• Develop and analyze operating budgets and plans for future needs.
• Manage project execution within budget and schedule constraints.
• Mentor staff and share specialized knowledge across the team.
