Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering required.
• At least five years of engineering experience.
• Prefer at least five years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Experience in refrigeration controls industry.
• Familiarity with firmware development lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for assigned hardware engineering teams (electrical, electronics, embedded firmware).
• Translate product, customer, regulatory and technical requirements into hardware plans and schedules.
• Lead hardware development for new products, improvements, sustaining engineering, and field issue resolution.
