Anduril Industries in Lexington, MA is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to partner with engineering leadership and build a high-performing organization.

You will think strategically and provide daily support across all levels of engineering teams, focusing on talent development, performance, and workforce planning during rapid growth. You’ll coach leaders and shape people programs while balancing business needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering client groups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience across compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environments.
• Is a clear, empathetic, and effective communicator who understands differences in others and adjusts their approach accordingly.
• Is an effective partner and coach to managers and leaders; delivers feedback and challenging information in a way that builds trust and collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented.
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisor to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build, develop, and execute people strategies through growth.
• Coach and advise for best practices within the team.
• Develop deep relationships and cultivate trust with all parts of the teams you’re supporting.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning and succession planning.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
• Lead design and iteration of new people programs and improve current ones.
