Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle hiring across the Quality organization, with a focus on Product Quality Engineering. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing leadership to define hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and raise our bar for talent and performance.

You will handle high-volume interviews, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, and drive process improvements while ensuring a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top-tier engineering talent.
• Experience recruiting senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress and advising on talent strategies.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced in-house environments for exempt engineering roles in Quality/Manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle hiring across the Quality organization, focusing on Product Quality Engineering.
• Source and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and referrals.
• Conduct high-volume interviews and influence interview-to-offer decisions.
• Build talent maps across Product, Supplier, and Process Quality Engineering.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing leadership to define hiring needs and process improvements.
• Represent the company’s brand and recruiting team with a high standard of professionalism.
• Ensure diverse recruiting and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Leverage cross-functional partners to articulate and sell the value proposition.
