You will lead a team of PBP professionals, partner with executives, and drive transformation across the organization.

The role requires 15+ years of HR leadership, deep expertise in organizational development and analytics, and a strong business-finance mindset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proven success architecting and scaling people strategies for growth.
• Experience building and inspiring People Business Partner teams.
• Executive presence and strong influencing skills.
• Expertise in organizational development, change leadership, strategic workforce planning, executive talent management, and analytics.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L implications.
• Strategic thinker with ability to operate at a high level while driving execution.
• Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills.
• U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end People Strategy for the executive client group and align with long-range business plans.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the executive team and provide proactive insights on organizational effectiveness and workforce implications.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of People Business Partners.
• Drive organizational design and transformation initiatives for growth and efficiency.
• Influence business strategy with a people perspective and identify talent-related opportunities and risks.
• Design and implement large-scale change management and workforce planning models.
• Develop executive and critical talent programs, bench planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Leverage advanced people analytics to forecast talent needs and guide decision-making.
