The role focuses on coaching managers, performance feedback, succession planning, and workforce scaling across business units while operating in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has strong HR expertise, effective communication, and a solid understanding of HR operations and business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic HR partner or HR generalist.
• Knowledge of HR practices incl. employment law, compensation, performance management, leadership development, coaching, employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Excel skills (mid to high).
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Proficient with HRIS and HR software systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to align HR strategies with objectives.
• Manage 360 feedback, annual reviews, performance management, and investigations.
• Drive HR projects to meet outcomes and align with goals.
• Support managers and employees through the employment lifecycle.
• Deliver recommendations using performance and engagement data; guide goal-setting.
• Lead investigations into employee relations and performance issues.
• Provide strategic support for managers during exits.
• Conduct succession planning and compensation calibrations with managers.
• Facilitate 360 feedback readouts to the C-Suite.
• Plan and calibrate annual review processes for consistency.
