Job summary

Real Time Consulting, LLC is seeking an Engineering Operations & Recruiting Coordinator for our North Phoenix Corporate Office. The role supports EOS and Recruiting, coordinating reporting, deadlines, and data across departments in a fast-paced environment.

The position blends operations and recruiting coordination with data consolidation and reporting, offering growth across multiple specialties and a flexible work arrangement (remote or in office) in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Operations, Recruiting and/or Office coordination experience.
• 2 years of recruiting coordination experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent training/education in Business, Engineering, HR, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain engineering and business operations reports and dashboards.
• Track procurement lifecycle and ensure steps comply with guidelines.
• Collect and track weekly engineering timesheets and progress reports.
• Maintain time-off tracking system and onboarding/offboarding docs.
• Summarize deliverables and follow up to ensure completion.
• Maintain client ID registrations and contract logs.
• Coordinate job postings and ATS data for engineering roles.
• Schedule candidate pre-screens and interviews; handle inquiries and requirements.
