Job summary

CEA CAPA is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to identify needs, source and engage great talent, assess candidates, and guide searches through successful hires. You will build talent pipelines and enhance the candidate experience while continuously improving recruiting processes.

Location: Remote within the U.S., with a strong preference for candidates based in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proactive sourcing and direct candidate outreach.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting technology; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define candidate profiles, timelines, and keep searches moving.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals and social channels.
• Build talent pipelines and relationships with prospective candidates beyond immediate needs.
• Coordinate interview and selection processes and help teams make timely, informed decisions.
• Facilitate offers, including preparing offers and supporting negotiations.
