Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, IT, or business.
• At least 5 years of hands-on leadership in a technical environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management with focus on efficiency.
• Strong dashboard/reporting skills enabling actionable insights.
• Ability to train and develop technical documentation.
• Ability to provide on-call support for high severity incidents.
• Ability to liaise with vendors and partner teams.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities
