Job summary

EY is seeking an Engineering Administrator to be the operational backbone of a fast-moving engineering organization. This role removes friction for engineers by owning licensing, provisioning, procurement, budgets, and tool access to keep the team running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate across procurement, finance, IT, HR and vendors, maintain records, support audit readiness, and act as the central point of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in administrative/operations roles supporting technical teams.
• Experience managing recurring processes such as renewals, procurement, budgets, or vendor coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 or equivalent office tools.
• Ability to track and manage multiple workstreams with high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with end-to-end ownership and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the software license lifecycle: procurement, renewals, tracking, reallocation, retirement.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships: quotes, contracts, renewals, contacts.
• Handle procurement and purchasing: raise requests, track approvals, process invoices.
• Track and support the team’s operational budget with up-to-date records.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for new joiners.
• Maintain hardware and asset inventory and records.
• Administer access and account requests across systems.
• Keep team documentation and shared drives organized.
• Support compliance and audit readiness with accurate records.
• Serve as central coordination point for admin questions and requests.
• Proactively resolve day-to-day operational issues.
